  • All merchandise designs, product designs, social media content, videos, reels, captions, and promotional materials

3. Trademark Notice

The names Luv Dragons™, MRO Publishing™, MROPUB™, MRO Club™, MRO™, Mahogany Raisa Oshara™, #FlexUrWingz™, #FlossUrWingz™, Hood Meets Fairy™, Fairy Meets the Block™, the MRO logo, and all related brand names, slogans, hashtags, collection names, product names, and visual brand identifiers are claimed as trademarks, service marks, trade names, and/or brand identifiers of MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, and Mahogany Raisa Oshara.

These marks may not be copied, imitated, reproduced, modified, used in commerce, placed on merchandise, used in advertising, used in social media posts, used in business names, used as hashtags for commercial promotion, or used in any way that suggests affiliation with, sponsorship by, approval from, or ownership by MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara without prior written permission.

All original works displayed, sold, published, posted, distributed, or promoted through this website and related platforms are protected by copyright law.

5. No Transfer of Rights

Purchasing an item from Luv Dragons, joining MRO Club, downloading content, or viewing content from MRO Publishing does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, design right, music right, publication right, or intellectual property right.

Customers, visitors, members, and viewers may not:

  • Copy or reproduce artwork, music, writings, or designs

  • Screenshot, trace, redraw, or imitate artwork for resale

  • Use MRO content for print-on-demand products

  • Upload MRO designs to Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Redbubble, Printify, Printful, Canva, or similar platforms

  • Use MRO music, sounds, lyrics, or audio in commercial videos without permission

  • Use MRO slogans, hashtags, or brand names to sell products

  • Claim ownership of any MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara work

  • Create derivative works based on MRO characters, art, names, writings, music, or concepts

  • Use MRO content for artificial intelligence training, prompt datasets, image generation, music generation, writing generation, or machine learning systems

  • Use MRO content in advertisements, promotions, social media campaigns, or merchandise without written approval

6. Products, Orders, and Availability

Luv Dragons offers creative products and materials that may include books, prints, artwork, apparel, accessories, digital products, music-related items, literary products, club-related items, and other merchandise associated with MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, and Mahogany Raisa Oshara.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, sizes, colors, images, and shipping times may change without notice. We make every effort to display product details accurately, but we do not guarantee that every image, color, description, or product detail will appear exactly the same on every device or screen.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, inventory issues, policy violations, or misuse of our intellectual property.

7. Payments

All payments must be made through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are not guaranteed until payment is completed and accepted.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or flagged for fraud, we may cancel or hold the order.

8. Returns and Refunds

Refunds and return requests are only available within the first 15 days from the date the customer receives the item.

Approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including digital downloads, custom or personalized items, opened or used items, final sale items, downloadable music, audio, written or visual files, membership or community access fees, and products damaged by the customer after delivery.

9. Digital Products, Downloads, Music, and Written Content

All digital products, music files, audio files, written materials, printable files, artwork files, and downloadable content are protected intellectual property.

Digital items are for personal use only unless written commercial permission is granted. Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, share, edit, remix, reproduce, or commercially exploit any digital product, audio file, written work, music, artwork, or downloadable file.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales may be final unless otherwise required by law.

10. MRO Club Membership and Community Use

MRO Club may include access to exclusive content, community materials, creative updates, digital content, member-only products, promotions, or other brand-related experiences.

Membership, access, or participation in MRO Club does not grant ownership, resale rights, publishing rights, distribution rights, reproduction rights, or commercial rights to any MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara content.

Members may not copy, share, repost, download, resell, distribute, record, screen capture, leak, reproduce, or commercially use any member-only materials without written permission.

MRO Publishing reserves the right to remove, restrict, suspend, or cancel access to MRO Club for misuse, unauthorized sharing, harassment, policy violations, fraud, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

11. Social Media, TikTok, and Platform Restrictions

No platform, user, creator, business, influencer, seller, account, or third party is permitted to use, copy, repost, recreate, sample, remix, edit, upload, monetize, sell, advertise with, or otherwise exploit any MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara content without written permission.

No social media platform, including TikTok, is granted permission to use MRO Publishing’s, MROPUB’s, MRO Club’s, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara’s imagery, likeness, sounds, words, names, slogans, hashtags, publications, music, artwork, prints, or creative content for advertising, artificial intelligence training, commercial promotion, brand partnerships, resale, marketplace listings, or platform-based monetization without written authorization.

12. User Conduct

By using this website, customers, visitors, and members agree not to:

  • Misuse or steal any intellectual property

  • Attempt to copy, scrape, download, or reproduce protected content

  • Use the website or club materials for fraudulent activity

  • Submit false claims, chargebacks, or misleading information

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or harm the brand, creator, customers, members, or community

Anyone seeking to use MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara content, including artwork, literature, music, sounds, slogans, hashtags, logos, publications, product designs, prints, imagery, audio works, visual works, written works, club materials, or social media content, must request written permission before use.

Written approval must be received before any use. Verbal permission, social media comments, likes, shares, follows, tags, reposts, or mentions do not count as legal permission.

14. Enforcement of Rights

MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, and Mahogany Raisa Oshara reserve the right to enforce all intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Unauthorized use may result in copyright takedown notices, trademark complaints, DMCA claims, social media platform reports, e-commerce marketplace takedowns, cease-and-desist notices, claims for damages, profits, fees, costs, and other available legal remedies.

Failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

15. Limitation of Liability

Luv Dragons, MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, and Mahogany Raisa Oshara are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, products, content, club materials, memberships, or services.

Customers, visitors, and members are responsible for reviewing product information, sizing, descriptions, policies, membership terms, and purchase details before placing an order or joining any membership/community offering.

Luv Dragons, MRO Publishing, MROPUB, and MRO Club may update, revise, or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of this website, store, content, or MRO Club after updates means the visitor, customer, or member accepts the revised terms.
