Return and Refund Window

Refunds and return requests are only available within the first 15 days from the date the customer receives the item.

Requests made after the 15-day window may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Returned in their original condition and packaging, when applicable

Refunds are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny any refund or return request if the item does not meet the eligibility requirements.

Restocking Fee

Approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount before the refund is issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Opened, used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Final sale items

  • Downloadable music, audio, written, or visual files

  • Printable files

  • Digital artwork files

  • Membership, club, or community access fees

  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales may be final unless otherwise required by law.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Downloadable artwork

  • Music files

  • Audio files

  • E-books

  • Written materials

  • Printable files

  • Digital designs

  • Member-only content

Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, share, edit, remix, reproduce, or commercially exploit any digital product purchased or accessed through Luv Dragons, MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Luv Dragons, MRO Publishing, MROPUB, or MRO Club.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 15 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Approved damaged or defective claims may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
