These marks may not be copied, imitated, reproduced, modified, used in commerce, placed on merchandise, used in advertising, used in social media posts, used in business names, used as hashtags for commercial promotion, or used in any way that suggests affiliation with, sponsorship by, approval from, or ownership by MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara without prior written permission.

Use of ™ indicates that MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, and/or Mahogany Raisa Oshara claims rights in the mark. Use of ® will only apply to marks that have received federal trademark registration, if applicable.

3. Copyright Notice

All original works displayed, sold, published, posted, distributed, or promoted through Luv Dragons, MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, and Mahogany Raisa Oshara are protected by copyright law from the moment they are created and fixed in a tangible form, including written, audio, visual, digital, and artistic form.

4. Social Media, TikTok & Platform Usage Restrictions

MRO Publishing places special emphasis on protecting its content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, X, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and any current or future social media, streaming, marketplace, or e-commerce platform.

No platform, user, creator, business, influencer, seller, account, or third party is permitted to use, copy, repost, recreate, sample, remix, edit, upload, monetize, sell, advertise with, or otherwise exploit any MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara content without written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Likeness

  • Music

No social media platform, including TikTok, is granted permission to use MRO Publishing’s, MROPUB’s, MRO Club’s, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara’s imagery, likeness, sounds, words, names, slogans, hashtags, publications, music, artwork, prints, or creative content for advertising, artificial intelligence training, commercial promotion, brand partnerships, resale, marketplace listings, or platform-based monetization without written authorization from MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara.

Any unauthorized use may result in takedown notices, copyright claims, trademark claims, platform reports, legal action, and pursuit of available damages or remedies.

5. No Permission to Copy, Reproduce, or Commercially Use Content

Purchasing an item from Luv Dragons, joining MRO Club, or viewing content from MRO Publishing does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, design right, music right, publication right, or intellectual property right.

Customers, visitors, members, and viewers may not:

  • Copy or reproduce artwork, music, writings, or designs

  • Screenshot, trace, redraw, or imitate artwork for resale

  • Use MRO content for print-on-demand products

  • Upload MRO designs to Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Redbubble, Printify, Printful, Canva, or similar platforms

  • Use MRO music, sounds, lyrics, or audio in commercial videos without permission

  • Use MRO slogans, hashtags, or brand names to sell products

  • Claim ownership of any MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara work

  • Create derivative works based on MRO characters, art, names, writings, music, or concepts

  • Use MRO content for artificial intelligence training, prompt datasets, image generation, music generation, writing generation, or machine learning systems

  • Use MRO content in advertisements, promotions, social media campaigns, or merchandise without written approval

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Products, Orders & Availability

Luv Dragons offers creative products and materials that may include books, prints, artwork, apparel, accessories, digital products, music-related items, literary products, club-related items, and other merchandise associated with MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, and Mahogany Raisa Oshara.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, sizes, colors, images, and shipping times may change without notice. We make every effort to display product details accurately, but we do not guarantee that every image, color, description, or product detail will appear exactly the same on every device or screen.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, inventory issues, policy violations, or misuse of our intellectual property.

7. Refund & Return Policy

Refunds and return requests are only available within the first 15 days from the date the customer receives the item.

Refunds are subject to review and approval. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging when applicable.

Restocking Fee

Approved refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Opened, used, worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Final sale items

  • Downloadable music, audio, written, or visual files

  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Luv Dragons, MRO Publishing, MROPUB, or MRO Club. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 15 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and order information. Approved damaged or defective claims may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

8. Digital Products, Downloads, Music & Written Content

All digital products, music files, audio files, written materials, printable files, artwork files, and downloadable content are protected intellectual property.

Digital items are for personal use only unless written commercial permission is granted. Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, share, edit, remix, reproduce, or commercially exploit any digital product, audio file, written work, music, artwork, or downloadable file.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales may be final unless otherwise required by law.

9. MRO Club Membership & Community Use

MRO Club™ may include access to exclusive content, community materials, creative updates, digital content, member-only products, promotions, or other brand-related experiences.

Membership, access, or participation in MRO Club does not grant ownership, resale rights, publishing rights, distribution rights, reproduction rights, or commercial rights to any MRO Publishing, MROPUB, MRO Club, or Mahogany Raisa Oshara content.

Members may not copy, share, repost, download, resell, distribute, record, screen capture, leak, reproduce, or commercially use any member-only materials without written permission.

MRO Publishing reserves the right to remove, restrict, suspend, or cancel access to MRO Club for misuse, unauthorized sharing, harassment, policy violations, fraud, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

10. User Conduct

By using this website, customers, visitors, and members agree not to:
